Guest guest
I know I have been writing about chromium for better glucose absorption but I am beginning to worry about the form Chromium Picolinate, especially after reading this article below. http://www.pnas.org/content/100/7/3766.full When I am finished with the bottle I have, just to be on the safe side, I am going to look for a natural based Chromium. I won't be without Chromium as it substantially kills my cravings for any form of alcohol. In fact I gave a bottle to an 18 year old near me who is on Ritalin. He had gone on a drinking spree, ending up jumping over a shed into the back garden of a curry restaurant and beating the $%^ & out of two unsuspecting Indian waiters. The police were called in to restrain the lad but even they couldn't contain him. He always said he loved alcohol because he gave him extra energy ( No kidding!!) After a week on chromium, he had absolutely no urge for alcohol at all.
