You were doing squats with an 18 pound weight (I mean baby) wrapped around you?! WOW!!! I'd be sore from those squats too (I'm sore enough just using my own body weight for squats most of the time.)

not doing any many of my dvd/videos but last night i did some walkingwith the baby in the wrap. she is getting big--close to 18 pounds!last week i did the warm up to the video body bar: equanimity with lashaun dale holding the baby. i was sore from the squats. got to getit moving!! i would love to run again...stacey

yes, i did the squats holding the baby:) they were shallow

squats--since i didn't want to drop her, lol. it is also hard to have

good form because i was holding her in front of me. at this point i

have to try to modify to get any exercise at all.

heehee... your DD is like a big medicine ball....lol.

i was in great shape from carrying one of our kids around in the

sling when they were young. most people dont think about the

weight of the child that the mama is carrying and lifting all day.

i walked on the hudson river path today for about 20 minutes while a few of the

kids took their swimming lessons. ir felt good to get out and breathe. sean

helped me push natalie in the stroller up some of the hills. i found out last

night that pushing a cart full of groceries is not good for my injury...
