I'd be sore from those squats too (I'm sore enough just using my own body weight for squats most of the time.) a little walking not doing any many of my dvd/videos but last night i did some walkingwith the baby in the wrap. she is getting big--close to 18 pounds!last week i did the warm up to the video body bar: equanimity with lashaun dale holding the baby. i was sore from the squats. got to getit moving!! i would love to run again...stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
