Guest guest
LOL anyone would be a bit of alright compared to the crusty biased person we had. As for counsel I'm not even going there, we actually ended up having stuff taken away that had previously been agreed! Vicky

Guest guest
Hi Peta, I’d have Deed anytime – he’s a bit of alright to boot!! From: Autism Treatment [mailto:Autism Treatment ] On Behalf Of peta3366 Sent: 19 January 2007 13:58 Autism Treatment Subject: Judge Deed Hi did anyone watch the last 2 parter about the damage vaccines were doing to soldiers and the cover ups? The script writers are not writing fiction. There was a part where the government were trying to rush through a bill to protect pharmaceutical companies from any damages claims by vaccine injured people and Deed said they did it in America with the Homeland Security Bill! The MMR one in the last series had a lot of truth in it as well. Shame the BBC has to shroud it in fiction instead of Panarama doing a programme on it. I have contacted them quite a few times but to no avail! Wouldn't it be great if everyone going to tribunal could have him as the Judge and Jo Mills working for them! Guest guest
I usually watch this and missed it. This programme really does touch on some good subjects. We have major concerns where I work about radios used and the safety surrounding them. There have been studies showing them to cause brain tumours. However, the government and its safety experts won't hear of it ! Funnily enough I have three colleagues (one died recently) who have had brain tumours within three years of these radios being introduced. . Judge Deed featured this subject really well a few months ago. It also showed how employers using the systems could cover themselves against being sued by taking steps to have their staffs health checked etc., My employer just happened to take part in a health screening study - totally covering themselves. It would be brilliant if we could get them to run a story on Thimerasol. The writing is based on fact. Guest guest
Hi Jane. Can you explain to me, what radio's are you talking about. Surely not the ones everyone has been listening to since Marconi! Miles. Jane Hogan wrote: > I usually watch this and missed it. This programme really does touch > on some good subjects. Guest guest
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Judge__Deed_episodes#Series_3_.282003.E\ 2.80.932004.29 Tonight I watched an episode entitled 'Episode of Harm -Series 7' (On 'Alibi' at 1 A.M. for any British viewers) and I was not only astounded by the title of the episode which was identical to Kirby's book but also to hear reference to the American Patriotic Act at which end there is a rider giving the drug companies absolvence for any vaccine damage. I have never seen any fictional BBC series refer so clearly to this issue. This episode actually had more viewers than Big Brother broadcast the same evening. Judge Deed is a BBC fictional series (produced 2001-2007) which comes perilously close to reflecting actual modern day British High Court legal issues and the politics involved in the pursual of justice despite the hard pressure from the Home Office to do otherwise. I say perilously as the fictional companies implied in the court cases could in reality have quite a case to sue the BBC as the facts seem so similar to cases already brought before the British law lords except for the fact the names of the companies have been changed. These companies, usually multi-national, are characterized in the series more often than not as greedy and wanton. There was one episode clearly implicating the British MMR manufacturer but it managed to have the episode dropped form world-wide DVD sales. ( You can buy the DVD but MINUS this episode, demeans the BBC muchly.) So much for BBC neutrality ( Comment from my business lawyer friend, 'BBC should not have caved in to such pressure.') I don't know if this series can be purchased in the States but if so, it's such a refreshing to watch......
