it's a boxing fitness game for the wii. you can pick your own combos/exercise you have unlocked or have the game make up one for you. i usually do a prepared workout then add on more if i want. it is one of the coolest games i have done in awhile really fun if you like boxing type workouts. kassia fitness blogSpecial Needs Scouting From: Pink <pinkpussycat@...>Subject: Kassia / Gold's Boxing Date: Tuesday, July 21, 2009, 11:29 AMGood job on the gym floor, Kassia!
