Guest guest Posted July 25, 2009 Report Share Posted July 25, 2009 Hi Ladies, Sorry for being scarce this week. My week of workouts got altered a bit, this week. Wednesday I was planning to workout and do my upper body routine but when I was job looking on Wednesday I saw an opening with Jet Blue down in Palm Beach and filled out the application online and than drove down to Palm Beach to hand deliver my resume. I left around 2:00pm and got back around 6:00pm so my workout was blown for the day. Thursday I did Austin Hit the Spot Arms and Bust, and while I'm not a big DA fan this is a good workout that you can tailor it to your strength level or how you feel that day. I used mainly 8-15lb weights and for a few exercises I did 5lbs, and it was a good challenge. I was planning to exercise Friday but I was just so gosh darn tired I decided to skip Friday and do Lower Body today and did the LB section of MR Muscle and Grace. The workout was not difficult but it was enough to give you a good challenge. Hope everyone had a good week and a fantastic weekend.
