Guest guest
Hi All! I am a long, long, longtime reader and first time poster. I was sitting around with some friends who are also in performance (PTs, LMTs etc) when a discussion came up about what were everyone's favorite diagnostic or functional tests/exercises. I know the group has been blowing up lately about " Best Exercise " which in my mind is a lot like asking what's the best pair of shoes you have? Depends, if I'm going to the beach it's usually flip-flops or barefoot, if it's to go play in the snow...well you get the picture. With that said I started to wonder what everyone else was using to assess their athletes or clients for movement/postural inefficiency, or imbalance/weakness. I'll just throw out a couple old standards and then I'd love some feedback from the group.
