See why we need a thumbnail? I am considering not responding to questions without a thumbnail. Thoughts?CE GRIMFair enough Dr. G. How about

replying to queries by just saying "I can't respond until you send a thumbnail description of your situation"?Here's mine:Dianne - F-69, bi-lateral adenoma's, CKD, 50mg Spiro,

25mg Atenolol, eating low Na and fairly high K, (not total Dashing b/c of CKD) BP under control.

Excellent. That has been my thought for some time. In most the humbnail will need to change over time as Dx moves along and BP gets to goal with Rx. For example you and others should update every 1/2 to 1 year with how long you have had DX of PA and been controlled on current plan. I also recall (I think) you had a kidney "hit" after a CT or MRI scan. And think there are at least one other here who had a similar problem.CE Grim MD On Jun 4, 2012, at 7:00 PM, Dianne strong wrote: See why we need a thumbnail?
