Guest guest Posted July 11, 2009 Report Share Posted July 11, 2009 Saturday, July 11, 2009 rest/weights/cardio thurs-i took a rest day b/c my body was pretty sore but the night before i did do rodney yee's yoga for flexiblity. a nice way to end my weds. workout.fri-i did a total body superset(working opposing muscle groups in the same set). don't have my log in front of me but i used the machines for all of it except one exercise i use dumbbells. i believe it was for rear delt flyes. i also did some ab/back work on the ball b/c the machines were busy but i did managed to get a few sets on those machines afterwards. i had intentions on doing yoga last night but i wound up falling asleep.this morning started with some cardio with christi taylor's hi-lo heaven doing only stage 1(roughly 25 min moderate choreography). i would have tried stage 2 but i admit i was chicken that the choreorgraphy would have been to tricky for me to get a decent workout. but not to cut a workout short i threw in the bonus workout from iron core kettlebells instructional video.i still have intentions of yoga or stretching later will try to keep that date. kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
