Hiya, just wondering if anyone has used, or use ,SAM e, for methylation as we

are starting this soon, and i kind of want to know what to expect?, We just

stopped gluthatione at the moment,to stop for 3 days and reontroduce because im

not sure he is reacting to this, but my next supplement is SAM e , an di would

like to be a bit ready....
