Post Surgery aldosterone and potassium values

I'm 4 weeks post adrenalectomy and my potassium remains low and I just found out

that my aldosterone levels are still high. I thought the surgery would correct

the aldosterone. What might be causing this? I have not been doing well at all

post op. Appreciate any feedback. My remaining adrenal appears to not be coming

on line very well at all.
