Guest guest Posted June 25, 2009 Report Share Posted June 25, 2009 Hi, Still tired/draggy this week - it is work stress - end of the fiscal year, I have done all I can do but there are still 'loose edges" out there that are beyond my control that are worrying me. Guess I just have to take a deep breath and hope for the best! Anyway, I did Ellen Barrrett's Crunch Burn & Firm Pilates this morning. A fun workout. I also got a good sweat going using the light weights and large movements. Ellen's workouts are among my favorites - they are completely non-dread, yet still effective. I always get a little DOMS from them. Next week I'm thinking of doing a total de-compression barefoot week. But we'll see. Tomorrow I'm scheduled for another run/walk. I do enjoy the stress release from those and so far this week I have pretty much stuck to my plan which was to make sure I got my push-ups, stairs, stretching and running in.
