Hi I want to introduce myself my name is Ginlyn and

this is my story. A year ago April I started having

symptoms of just feeling really bad, low grade fevers,

and fatigue mixed with insomnia. In November I went to

a Rheumatologist I had no real specific symptoms so he

decided it was Fibromyalgia and decided to just treat

the symptoms I seemed to be having. In Fibromyalgia a

patient is supposed to have 11 of 18 tender points I

had 2, my elbows and near my neck.

Since about June I am finally having actual

symptoms that I really haven't had when I was going to

the Rheumatologist. I have a lot more inflammation not

just in my knuckles anymore now going into my fingers

stiffness in my fingers, constant pain and aches in my

wrists, hands, fingers. Also my feet, toes, and

ankles. I have lumps or bumps under my skin, on top of

my hands and wrists on the sides of my wrists on the

insides sides of my feet, on the outsides sides and

near my heels, and inflammation on and near my feet. I

have all the same things on each foot and hand. I have

gone from wearing a size 7 1/2 to eight shoe to a 9

1/2 or bigger and a size 6 ring to 7 1/2 to 8 on my

ring finger. If it keeps up I won't be able to wear

shoes at all anymore. I am starting to get damage to

my fingers they don't point straight anymore some are

curving one direction, some are curving in other

directions. At times just using a fork causes pain.

Also when it is humid out all of my joints are achy

and hurt.

I have an appointment on Monday August 27th with a

new Rheumatologist. There are meds I was taking to

help which were not or are not any longer helping.

Ultram and Celebrex took away a little pain, not

anymore, For now I take vicadin for pain at night and

remeron for sleep I do over the counter during the day

but none of it helps. Sorry if it sounds like I am

complaining, I just wish I could feel good again

before all of this. Thanks for listening.

Thanks

Ginlyn
