Dr. Clarence Grim, Yeah, i feel my muscle weakness at night on my arms, i felt tired on my arms ,hard to lift for past few days but not all the time, by the way Renin here is low because they took my blood on sitting position. By the way after taking Spiro and Ivabradine at night after an hour for sometimes 2 hrs. / 1 hr. i woke up for I am having hard time to breathe or sometimes i woke up for my heart beat is strong. Why is it like this? That why i am afraid to sleep at night. I cannot sleep straight. Please help me. What should I do? My Cardiologist told me, dated May 11, 2012 to take Ivabradine 1/2 tab of 5 mg in the morning and don't take it on the evening.My Endocrinologist told me to take 1 tab. of Spiro 25 mg. a.m. and 1 tab Spiro 25 mg. p.m. When i followed my cardiologist my heart beat dated May 12, 2012 is 110 bpm. So i decided to take the 1/2 tab of 5mg. of Ivabradine again. May i ask, do u think i should undergo MIR of both kidneys and adrenals to see if i

have tumor?Because it was a request from my Endocrinologist because on my CT scan before, they did not see any tumor.Is it possible that i will be negative on MRI? My parents is still telling me to save money because it is expensive to undergo MRI. My Cardiologist, told me that i have Mitral valve prolapse that's why i have Ivabradine because i am not allowed to take Beta blocker for i have asthma. I am happy with a home BP less than 135/85 so this may be a bit low. If feels tired or dizzy I would consider stepping down/stopping
