Guest guest Posted June 3, 2010 Report Share Posted June 3, 2010 Autumn, Dr.P is awesome at Greenville. The entire staff goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Since Greenville is closer to you guys I would definately consider going there. Also if need assistance with travel expenses they can get in contact with a sponsoring temple in your area to help cover the cost. I hope I've helped, let us know what you guys decide on. I can't say enough about this wonderful hospital and the staff. Dr. P is awesome and takes great care of Allie. I would definitly go there a 4 hour drive home in a cast is way better than 11. I was AMAZED by how wonderful and comfortable they make you feel. Dr P is great! he is a no holds bar-- will tell you up front--even if its not what you want to hear but NEED to hear kind of doctor! I LOVE him for all of those aspects. He will aire on the side of caution everytime. I highly recommed greenville sc! Oh by the way---our trip is 5 hours...we live at the top of NC. My son Logan was casted at 9 months old with a C curve at 45. He is now in his second cast and at big ol fat zero! He keep praying for great things...and hopefully our casting journey wont be so long. Good luck with your little one and Im new to this but have learned a lot...if you need anything...just ask! this group is AWESOME!
