Guest guest
I looked a little deeper into this subject and find there is a strong correlation between Metformin and Homocysteine by it's effect on vitamin B12. In fact at least one study recommended changing from testing to an annual shot! How are your bones? NIH couldn't believe how good my bone density looked and blamed it on the excess estrogen, I blamed it on good old Jersey Milk! (There are advantages to being an " old " farm boy!) If you or somebody you know are on Metformin I recommend you Pubmed " metformin vitamin b12 " , it just might save bone or two! > > > > Well, well, well tiu - aren't you the smart one! I had never heard of " homocysteine " so I had to look it up. My guess it might be a " second cousin " to PA. By that I mean it might not be a direct result of PA but a side effect of the treatment of PA or some of the effects of PA.
