Diapering in a brace

So as many people know, Cole is now down to 2 degrees and has moved into a

brace! We (and he) are very excited! I must say it is so tight to get on and

off it really becomes a 2 person job to ensure Cole doesn't get pinched. I

tried to do it alone and hurt his sore on his hip. I felt sooo bad!

Anyways because it is so tight I find diapering a NIGHTMARE. The pull up fits

great when I can put it on and then put the brace on over the diaper. However,

when the brace is on I find it so tough to tuck the diaper in under there, as a

result it bunches, sags and I get poop up the back (which NEVER happened in the

10 months he was in the cast). Thankfully I can take off the brace shirt and

wash it but again very difficult when I am alone with Cole.

Is there a good solution which doesn't involved taking off the brace every time

because I can not take it on and off when I am alone with him.
