Dear Terry

I seem to having the same thing...It feels like it is under my right

shoulderblade in my back. My feet are so bad I can hardly walk either. I

too think it is from arthritis.

Hope you feel better.

I'm back again with another question. I've been exhausted lately due

to the Holidays (haven't we all!). anyway, it seems like everytime I

get really tired I develop pain in my upper back that is so bad, I

have to do shallow breathing to avoid the pain. I aksed my rheumy

about that once and he said RA usually affect the lower back. but I

remember reading about inflammation of the lungs and/or heart with

RA. I just don't know what kind of doctor to go to for this. If I lie

down with a heating pad for 20 minutes, it usually goes away. I'm

baffled??????? It could be a muscle, a disc problem, a heart problem,

a lung problem, an inflammation problem...........

> Terry,

I have the thyroid nodules too. I also have the upper back pain near

my shoulder blades and neck. I go to a rheumatolist ,plus my family

doctor/ I have rheumatoid arthritis, Fibromylgia, and sjogrens

syndrome. I will

hurt one day in my knees, hands , feet, and back. Never know where it

will hit next. Also have the swelling in my glands under my ears. It

seems like it all goes together. I am on methotrexate and plaquanil

Also pain meds every day.. I am a new member so I wanted to get

started posting.. Would appreciate any help or advice from the group.
