Injectable dye MRI

Has anyone had the MRI where they use the injectable dye?? Logan is scheduled

for one on June 10 and I'm just curious how the procedure goes.

The Dr. did assure me the dye was completely safe but as always, I like to find

that out for myself. Has anyone had a reaction to the dye, does it come out in

the urine etc.?

I thought the funniest part was when the nurse called with the appt. she said

" this will be asleep correct?? Unless you think he doesn't need to be put

under? " . I said " Well, he's a six year old bundle of energy so unless you want

to stop the MRI machine every two seconds because he's squirming around I think

it's best you put him under " . I'm not sure how they would ever expect a small

child to sit still for two hours (come to think of it...I don't think I could

sit still for two hours in an MRI machine! LOL).
