Guest guest
Hi, I've opted over the last few years to buy my vitamins from the brand my grocery store and Walgreens both carry. People debate and get pretty insistent about which company makes the best supps. The only reason I chose this one is because almost all of their choices have a USP stamp. To me this is the closest thing to a recognized audit of what's actually inside. Now I'm not arguing that they are the highest quality but at least I know that they have proven the quanties and ingredients are in there. I was considering adding Vitamin D to the list, at least for winter. The tablets they have are all stamped USP but the gel caps are not. I'd prefer the gelcaps as I've heard doctors debate wether " dry " vitamins have any actually value at all. Is anyone else aware of another label that has the USP stamps? What other recognized verification/audit stamps do you trust? Matt Kahl Kenoshoa, WI
