Yesterday's workouts.. (Get Ripped/Amy Kettlebell)

I forgot to report yesterday that I did Jari's original Get Ripped for final Jari workout.  I now have done one of her workouts for 6 weeks.  Anyway, I enjoyed the last workout and was able to go heavier than I thought I could handle on a lot:

Warm-up / 28 BBSquats / 28BBPlie squats / 28BBPushups / some toes, not allchest press / 28BBLying pullovers / 20DBSkullcrushers / 28BBTricep Press / 28BBLower body floor work / done with weights, but I'm not sure what they are, maybe 3lb?

Dead lifts / 28BBRows / 28BBLunges / 10DB (20T)Curls / 28BB Lateral raise / 10DB (20T)Front raise / 10DB (20T)I then trained for 2 appoinntments, but didn't work very hard.  My energy level was not there..........  About 4:00 (after eating very poorly again), I decided to do a quick kettlebell workout.  I did the intermediate off of Amy's 3 in 1.  I enoyed it quite a bit, and used my 45lb bell for everything except for one combo :) I'm sooo glad  got this workout.  I knew I could make it work for me :)
