Guest guest Posted May 1, 2011 Report Share Posted May 1, 2011 Any recommendations on what to do on the 3-4 days preceding a powerlifting meet? How heavy to lift, what to eat, etc? My 17 year old neighbor is on track to break a couple of school records this thursday and is seeking some advice from me.
