Guest guest Posted May 10, 2012 Report Share Posted May 10, 2012 Hi Phyllis, I never tried Inspra but before my adrenalectomy, I took spiro at two different times and each time it caused extreme breast pain and nonstop menstruation. But I should mention that I have never had a regular cycle in my life - the spiro just exacerbated a condition that already existed.
