I've started watching the P90X videos and hopefully, will slot some of those in sometime in the next few weeks. Here's what is planned for next week: Monday May 11 (Strength, total body): Cathe Muscle Max (68) Tuesday May 12 (Hare + Abs): Crunch: Cardio Sculpt (Violet Zaki) (30) + Day 3 of 5 Day Abs Wednesday May 13 (Cardio + Strength, floor/hips/thighs): Crunch: Fat Blaster the Next Step (Kendell Hogan) (30) The Firm Sculpted Buns Hips & Thighs (35) Thursday May 14 (Hare + Abs): The Firm Total Body Fat Blaster (45) Friday May 15 (Strength, total body): The Firm Supercharged Sculpting (40), might add some sort cardio in too. Saturday May 16 (Cardio + Abs): 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk + Day 4 of 5 Day Abs Sunday: Rest Every planned workout is new to me! Should make for an interesting and fun week! Instead of eggs I had 1 cup of Fiber One Honey Clusters with 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 T raisins and a whole banana. I hope it is enough to keep me going considering I ate at 7 and won't meet up with Cathe until 8:30. I'll report on both later. Re: Next week's plan Hi , Great plan!
