I haven’t had a chance to look at Audreys films, but its seems

from your description that its thoracolumbar. Cant tell til I look at the film

though…..

Subject: Thoracic Curve Sections

We spoke with our daughter's doctor at SLC and

was told that her curve was a stiff c-curve. Supposedly, the curve is going to

be tougher to correct due to its location at the upper portion of the thoracic

section. I was trying to clarify this because it looks like her curve has an

apex at t9 and is measured from bottom of t11 to bottom of t 7. Isn't that the

lower section? Or is it the upper section? From my understanding the thoracic

curve starts at t12 near the lumbar portion and t1 is toward's the neck. This

makes me think that her curve is in the lower portion and not the upper

section. Not real sure.

I'll post some x-ray photos in the photos section.
