Guest guest
Right now the VA is is under a lot of stress. There are more vets coming into the system then they can provide care for. Many Providers are leaving due to being over worked and under paid. The ones that stay have to deal with new and unknown diseases. Drs like Dr Grim are needed both to teach about know diseases and help find causes and treatment for new ones. It may take the VA a few years to bring Drs like Dr grim into there system but believe it is the only way they will be able to keep up in providing some level of care to all vets they serve. Up until now not many female vets were going to VA medical centers this is now changing. yet most VA centers are not set up to deal with taking care of women. > > >> > > > >> > If your BP is at goal and you are feeling well then no reason to try > > >> > spiro I would think. Guest guest
Another problem is the aging vet population itself. May with many problems and meds that cannot be adequately delt with in the time allowed. Many of these folks need a very experienced internist to manage all their problems. Many in family medicine are not really well trained to do this IMHO.CE Grim MDOn Apr 12, 2012, at 8:30 AM, Francis Bill SUSPECTED PA wrote: Right now the VA is is under a lot of stress.
