I also take thyroid meds as does my mom. Mine is underactive. I take some Levo

something or other. They cut my dose in half a while ago and I was miserable.

Blood test showed it was too low, so went back up and felt better. I also feel

better if I am keeping up with jogging as it seems to do something. Going

through menopause early isn't helping..sorry to bring that up for most of you it

isn't an issue I'm sure. I'm nearly 47, yikes that is old.
