Guest guest Posted June 3, 2009 Report Share Posted June 3, 2009 Okay, I did this workout in its entirety this morning skipping the abs. I'm still starving! GRR.. I'm not sure if I can really blame it on this workout or what, but I'm hungry! LOL, anyway, I burned 904 calories with my average being 150. I had quite a bit of fun. I get to the 50 minute mark or so and it really stats to drag. I still can't get the dorothy or the 4 corner part on the vertical step. Oh well. A great workout nonetheless!
