Yikes - I may have messed up my back!

Okay - I'm not panicing yet - but I was doing my push-up circuit and on the first rep of my face the wall squat w/ my kettlebell my back went caplooey (is that a word?) I immediately stopped (which is a break through for me, I would have continued on in the past!)- I think, well, I'm sure my form was off (most likely from "pants" issues)- now I just have to hope everything settles down. It seems to be settling and I was able to do the rest of my push-ups but I left the squats out and the pull downs, too.

Tomorrow may be a walk and CS Back Pain Relief. Yikes. Hopefully it will calm down, I have been stretching it out ever since.

Send good back vibes my way. I also think it didn't help that I did litterboxes and cages today, too.
