Guest guest
I bought this VHS awhile back after reading reviews and tried it today. I loved it! It was a really great workout. It's more a barre type workout than just high reps. She works the lower body for 30 minutes, then moves on arms, abs, and finishes with some chest and tricpes while on the back. My arms were jello. The duration on upper body was pretty short, and I actually did the first section twice to really fry the arms The drawbacks to the workout is non-descript music, production quality was just okay. But the content was great It's 60 minutes, but I made it a bit longer for myself today. Anyway, a great workout to add to the collection!Darcy
Guest guest
Nice job, Darcy! Sounds like a nice routine to change things up! And great work with the cal burns on your GWF! Does your DH want it back yet? lol Sara > > I bought this VHS awhile back after reading reviews and tried it today. I > loved it! It was a really great workout. Guest guest
Thanks Sara! No, my DH said he's " done " with it. Not sure if he will use it again in the fall or not but he was tired of wearing it in the summer. It's an eye sore!Darcy On Sat, Jun 20, 2009 at 10:54 PM, Sara <sjajsa@...> wrote: Nice job, Darcy! Guest guest
And to add to that, I e-mailed her and asked if she could ship it cheaper, and she did . It cost me around $6 total, I think. I plan to convert it to DVD hopefully....DarcyOn Sun, Jun 21, 2009 at 2:38 AM, Vennitta <vciera@...> wrote: you can order the dvd onlinehttp://www.tone-up.com/order.htmVennitta
