Guest guest
Well, I'm spoiled, and it worked out for me to get my KB workout in before I left for the afternoon (yay!). I called my mom and she's picking up Sawyer from the b-day party for me which is just 1 mile from her house So, anyway, I just got done doing Kettle Bell Express. I like this routine, but it's like half the intensity of my own KBQ I do, I think! Or so it feels. However, I still burned over 200 calories (206), my average was 127. With my own quickie, it's usually in the 140's. Anyway, it fit the bill perfectly today. It was too cold and windy to workout outside so I snuck to the basement to get it done. Hope everyone is enjoying their Saturdays!Darcyp.s. Have I whined lately how I want a bigger bell!! UGH!!!!!!!!
Guest guest
I love the kettlebell express too. Sometimes I do that and then the every muscle in five minutes bonus from punch jump and jab, twice after. A decent workout when you are in a hurry! Recession-proof vacation ideas.
