Great job Kerry! I took yesterday off and today off. I hope to be back at it tomorrow, if not then Monday for sure. I may just walk tomorrow and do Push 3 on Monday per my schedule.

Good Morning everyone,

Today I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party Mix 1 plus Ab Jam standing and on the floor. I was able to do most of the high impact moves, the runs, jump rope, and jacks. I found the Ab Jam on the floor tough, I did about half of it. I only had my HR monitor on for the cardio section and I exercised for 43 minutes, was in my target Hr zone for 37 minutes, and burned 304 calories. I feel great!
