You can also buy the material that is already stretchy on top and make a simple dress out of it yourself by just sewing a seam up the back. I made Nora one 2 years ago and since it is so stretchy it has fit good over the casts for the past 2 summers. All I did for the straps was sew ribbon(about an inch wide) and when the ribbon gets too short I simply cut more off of the roll and extend it out. Simple, easy and you can say that you made it yourself! I've found material at Walmart and Hobby Lobby.
