Hi all,

I'm new here. I'm 18 and from the UK and I have a passion for all things

" strength " and surrounding areas. I am always on the lookout for good books on

the subject and so I thought I would post some books I already have to possibly

help others and also if anyone could make any suggestions I would be really

grateful. Here is what I have:

1.Poliquin Principles, Modern Trends in strength training, german body comp,

winning the arms race (all by Poliquin).

2.Science and Practice by Zatsiorsky

3.Strength and Power, biomechanics by Komi

4.Fitness and Strength by Hartmann and Tunnemann

5.Science of Sports Training by Kurz

6.Charlie Francis Training System by Charlie Francis

7.Books by Christian Thibaudeau

I would love to hear any opinions on the books I already own and also

suggestions would be great! Supertraining is on my " to get " which I look forward

to.

Lastly, I like to read studies and some researchers I have found interesting

are: Behm, Schmidtbleicher, Kraemer, Hakkinen, Hartmann, Tunnemann, Enoka. any

suggestions would be appreciated!

All the best, Rob.
