I don't know if you're on Viread, but that can be a cause of low phosphorus.

Looking through Mandimart I found this phosphorus product http://www.mandimart.co.uk/complexed-phosphorus-by-carlson-labs-250-tablets-446-p.asp

Interested as I've got low plasma phosphate, and some of the symptoms here http://lpi.oregonstate.edu/infocenter/minerals/phosphorus But also vaguely recall that viruses utilise phosphorus from the host. Perhaps that's why the Carlson product is complexed with lysine? (inhibits viral replication)

I've shedloads of grim neuro symptoms. I think it's Deth who talks about the huge amounts of ATP required by the brain, to function and to get toxins and all out….. and of course ATP is phosphate

Anyways wondering if it seemed to help or whether anyone saw viral flares or other negatives. (Tried so much stuff with bad results, so all pointers welcome.)
