Hi ,

Here are some money templates for you to print - I'm usually cash challenged as

well! I'm very electronic with the funds, lol

OMG - I have a Basedow, too! I absolutely cringed when I saw his

squat/lunge form! Mine's called AM/PM or something, and was inside in a tiny

living room or something. Looked interesting since the setting was kind of

different.

plastic wherever I go and seldom have paper money on me.

picked up on Ebay along with some other items in the same lot, and noticed on

his lunges and squats that his knees go out WAY too far! I was really surprised

at this. I liked watching this workout though, it was very gym style, in fact

he does the workout outside in a park in NY with a gym bench and free weights,

sometimes a barbell. I like him and his style very much. He's handsome and

down to earth.

upper body is almost out of proportion somehow. For the most part I prefer his

" before " photo over his after photo.

is PRICEY! I guess I should be grateful I got them cheaply on Ebay?

unlike other workouts. In his intro dvd he shows you a routine and he is

actually doing them at the gym.
