Hi Everyone,

My workout for today was 's 4 Big Miles - I really like the variety in this one (a "regular" mile, a power walk mile, a "boosted" mile, and a mile using the stretchie band) - I see has even more new workouts available (Burn Fat? Or something like that) but I tend to prefer the ones where she has a big class. I know gets silly sometimes when she has an "audience" but I just enjoy those more! Still, knowing me, I'm likely to cave on the new ones at some point (heck, I bought almost all of the Target Kits! ) After I threw in Huckabee's Core Fusion which turned out to be a nice little workout - a good blend of ab work - using both "traditional" methods and "core"/"Pilates" methods also some good yoga style stretches. Tomorrow is my normal rest day, but I may stick in a CS. I'm

thinking of doing the back pain one - since Tuesday morning my back has been tight this week. I'm not sure why - I suspect some of it is from being very desk bound this week. I'm also not 100% sure that the exercises that I did in P90 Masters Sculpt 5/6 were the greatest for me, since there are some forward bending exercises for the back which I have to be careful with - although, my back was tight before I did that workout. So, perhaps the desk is to blame. Also, my knee bruise may have affected my walking gait which certainly can screw up the back. Or maybe the wind is blowing differently this week! :)

Hope everyone has a good Friday!Donna
