The short breakdown is as follows: SUPERTRAINING is $65.00 plus $7.00 S & H in the United States. FACTS AND FALLACIES is $44.95 plus $6.00 S & H in the U.S. Overseas shipping charges vary according to location but usually run $24.95 for the U.K. and Continental Europe on SUPERTRAINING and $16.50 on FACTS AND FALLACIES.
