Guest guest
Thank you to everyone for all the congrats. I do plan on continuing my challenges and plan to be a much more healthy person by August. It will be my 45th birthday and the aniversary of back surgery where the surgeon told me I would not be able to do any type of activity ever again. My body fat went from 50.6% to 38.4%. Now I do have to quailfy that the great increase in muscle was because I'm one of those genetic mutants and have a high amount of testesterone for a woman. Yeah I also have alot of facial hair to go with it. Just love my electrolsis lady. I did add a 4th day of cardio, after ubwo, and took my exercise free day and food free day on different days. I work 12 hour night shift (4 nights a week) so this was how it worked for me. Wake up, Myoplex lite shake, exercise meal 2: scrambled eggwhite and orange or eggwhite/oatmeal pudding then off to work. meal3:lowfat cheese sticks and apple (or pear) meal 4: 3oz chicken, brussel sprouts salad no dressing or 4oz salmon brown rice, asaparagus meal 5: myoplex shake meal 5: cottage cheese and yogurt or cottage cheese and blueberries or strawberries. I don't get bored eating the same food every day. On free day I have a free meal at a resturant and eat BFL the rest of the day. I also carry a 32 oz water bottle and drink 4-5 every day. I also gave up soda and all the crystal lite type of drinks. I only drink water. I tried cardio on an empty stomach but the trainer got tired of picking me up off the floor. Getting a trainer was the best money I ever spent. He PUSHES me praise me and is there to catch me if the weights get to heavy. He really does care about my progress and that I am a success at this. I hope I answered everyones questions.
