Guest guest
Had the eval, or w/e u wanna call it, today. Not the actual procedure. I was either misinformed or I misunderstood. In terrific pain, was up off n on last nite, havent had a decent nite's sleep in days. Due to massive pain. I cant lay on either side anymore, for very long, laying on stomach is a definite NO: excruciating pain if I do. Best position is on my bk, and surprisingly I can sleep that way. Usually I cant, cuz of the scoliosis. Another Xray today, and having EDG, or w/e it's called, done nxt wk, I think. Follow-up in six wks. They want me to cut bk a bit on my pain meds, which really b*tes, cuz thats the way I escape it, is thru sleep. Not trying to abuse my meds, no, but I just have a very low pain tolerance. They know something's wrong, I'm going to one of the best hospitals in the US, and I refuse to "get a second o-pinion". Dont need one. They havent said there's nothing wrong w/ me. Not once. They just are having trouble finding the problem. Was said something abt an endocrinoscopy, or something like that, and maybe a colonoscopy. Theyre a lil concerned becuz of the simple fact that I can barely eat right now becuz of the pain. I just cant take too much in. It's not that I get full, exactly, hard to explain. I surprised myself a few days ago when I was able to eat an entire Gargantuan from Jimmy 's: but of course, it took me a bit to eat, not becuz of how big it is, but becuz of the pain. I wish they could find out what is wrong. I've had 4 tests in three days, and I had an Xray the Friday b4 last. Been in ER twice. I just want the pain to go away. I did tell them that I'm worried there's something wrong w/ my intesines, maybe, cuz even tho the pain is everywhere in my mid to lower abdomen, the worst pain is on the left side at times. I feel like theres a lil green man inside me, twisting my intestines like rope or yarn lol.
