Is Your Team Trained and Conditioned to Play the Sport?

One of the biggest reasons for team and individual failure is training and

conditioning the WRONG system or systems. Training and conditioning must Target

Physical Movements, Tasks and Progressions. Anything less is demanding effort

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch

1:30 pm - 3:30 pm: Individual breakout sessions
