Does Inspra or Benicar cause slow heart rate?

My heart rate is running 58-65. I guess that is good since I have

cardiomyopathy, but it is usually more in the range of 75-80.

I also read high potassium causes low heart rate.

Has the slower heart changed how you feel? Are you taking any other Meds?

I feel the same way ( lousy). I am not on any other meds.

How often are they checking you potassium? What is the doseage of the meds?

If you have cardiomyopathy due to HTN then lowering BP lets your heart work more effectively and it does not have to beat so fast.
