Guest guest
Soy seems to have an excellent amino profile for a vegetable source, but I hear conflicting information concerning the use of soy protein. Some indicate that it contains substances that are similar to, or act as female hormones. Others say this is bunk and in fact soy protein is great for men and even helps prostate health. What is the truth? Is soy protein good or bad? Does anyone here have the real info on isolated soy protein? Thanks, Ed White Sandwich, MA USA
