   This morning I decided to go with what had down for today.  So I did NYC from Muscle Definition.  This workout was L-O-N-G.  I didn't do the abs since I did them yesterday and it was still an hour and 15 minutes.  The workout felt that long too.  I'm worked out, for sure.

 

I'm starting to get a little bit burnt out with these workouts, but I'm trying to hang in there.

BE CAREFUL ! Workouts can intensify headaches and it might actually

cause you to pass out. I've unfortunately learned the heard way lately! I hope

you find relief soon!

Good job on doing a workout with a headache - wow, that's dedication!  I've been taking it easy on deadlifts too lest my back act up.What's been great about working out with Noel at the gym is that none of the back machines compromise the position of my back, whereas I tend to feel it slightly on deadlifts and bent rows with free weights.

Hi ,

What do you think is causing your headaches? Sometimes it is tension in the neck or shoulders - or it could be the dry air in the house - both of those things are a recipe for headaches for me.

I wouldn't use the word " fun " for 30/30.  It's much easier then the 40/20, but you still better eat your wheaties before doing this one. 

 

I just used 1 set of risers because I knew I'd be out of breath as it is, so I thought I'd modify a bit.  That helped and like I said, this one wasn't near as hard, but honestly, I don't care for either workout.  I know 90% of it is because they are so hard, but there just isn't a fun factor at all for me and I really like to have fun when working out, but I know I'm doing my body good by pushing it sometimes. (sigh!!!)

 

I burned 334 calories total.

Ugh on the gloves .  I'm sorry you were frustrated w/ your gloves.  When I had mine, I seen how hard it was to get the weights back in.  Pace weights take only seconds.  I love those things.  In fact, my DH told me he used them the other day and said " I was thinking how glad I was my wife bought them "   LOL, the brat.  Before, he thought I was nuts for needing them.

And your weights look great!!  I wouldn't feel wimpy with that .  We all have different genetic make-up.  You're working with the body God gave you, and you are doing a fab job with it!Darcy

  This morning I decided to go with Kest.  I did his Intensive Body Sculpting.  I must say this routine is pretty tough.  The first 7 minutes he talks AND TALKS AND TALKS while you just stand there.  From doing this one a few times before I knew ahead and fast forwarded to the actual routine. 

 

  There's a lot of leg work which is what makes the workout so hard.  I've heard people say they get really sore afterwards,  I've never gotten sore, which is surprising.

 

The whole routine is about an hour long.  I wish he did a little more stretching at the end, but I'm just glad to get through it all.

 

I think I have the rest of my week planned out, hopefully.

Good morning!

Got up not feeling like doing anything at all. Was up about 3 times in the night and then got up at 5.

I had no idea what workout to do today, but was looking for something easy on the brain and the body.

I still have Traci's Longevity yet to do so I pulled out Step Forward. I didn't do the pushups or triceps. That segment just isn't long enough to get anything.

Calories: 354

Avg: 134

Max: 165

Steps: 4800
