Guest guest
Isn't the Hip Mobility practice just tops?? Good for you for making time for your back and doing yoga! This whole Body Wisdom yoga collection is just invaluable! And ditto about real women versus airbrushed ones!

Guest guest
Wow, impressive that you went for 65 minutes there Missy!!! I HATE the feelling of not being " worked " though. Sorry you didn't get it . Bet it means you will have a rocking workout tomorrow :)Darcy On Mon, Jul 6, 2009 at 9:13 AM, <fitgrl222@...> wrote: Hi, This morning I had down to do yoga. I really wanted to do cardio, but stuck with my plan. I did Power Yoga For Happiness 2 (Eddie would flow) This one is 65 minutes long. It has a lot of pretty advanced postures and lots of good stretching. Even though it was a good routine I still don't have that feeling that I worked out. I hate that feeling. Have a great day!! This one was tough!!! I wish I would've picked a different one because it had a lot of leg work, which I'll be doing for tomorrow's workout. It has a pretty tough ab section too. To top it off, this routine is 70 minutes long! I feel like I got another workout in. Whew...... Have a great night! ~*~~*~
Guest guest
I have that one, I haven't done it yet but I have it. Will make a note that he only "peoples" twice and maybe I'll do it sometime sooner rather than later! :-) Monday yoga Hi, This evening I went with another Baron Baptiste routine, Journey Into Power Yoga. I really like this one. It's probably my favorite of all his workouts I have and he only says "people" twice lol. Guest guest
Glad you enjoyed it ! I am thinking (as putting on some tight pants tonight), that I must pick up a second workout in the afternoon again. Starting tomorrow...sigh... Just don't know if will be kettlebells, and surely not Mr. 45 every day. That was just too hard! Guest guest
Thanks for the description on that yoga workout. I've been curious. Marla From: fitgrl222@... Shiva Rea Daily Energy Vinyasa Flow and Progressive Yoga with Rob Glick and Spreen. Tonight I tried the Progressive Yoga with Rob and Kim. This one was 75 minutes long. I wanted to do the whole thing "as is" for the first time. There was a couple sections where it got pretty tough. Rob's voice got shaky a few times lol I was sensing it was a little difficult for him as well. was awesome as always. Her voice is so nice and her cuing is wonderful. I'll try the Shiva Rea next. Have a great night ~*~~*~
Guest guest
Interesting combo, Rob and ! Rob is gorgeous but he really bugs me - I think it's because he uses this condescending tone of voice and thinks that we are all blithering idiots or something. Nice to know Mr. Perfect was trembling for parts of it! II agree that is WONDERFUL. It's so fun exploring new yoga practices. Hope you have as much fun with Shiva Rae!Supta Padangustasana,On Mon, Dec 21, 2009 at 4:01 PM, Marla <gmarla@...> wrote: Thanks for the description on that yoga workout. I've been curious. Guest guest
michelle, i was just looking at this one on amazon--it has a 5 star rating there. maybe it is better done in the shorter segments rather than combining them? maybe you can use it as an add on during the week? stacey

Guest guest
Glad you got one in and enjoyed it too !! It's been a long time since I picked up a second workout. However, still been going strong 7 days a week.. I don't want to overtrain w/ the STS rotation due to the intensity of it! Guest guest
This evening I did the 39 minute routine from Spirit Of Vinyasa. It was the only one I haven't done yet. I liked it pretty well. I just got through skimming through Slide and Glide and it doesn't look like one I should do after Athletic Training even though I know I won't be sore in the morning. I thought about the cardio and abs premix from that one though. Any thoughts from those of you have been doing these new workouts? Have a nice night! ~
