great job donna!!!, i wish i could say i stuck with my

yoga tonight. :-(. sadly after i got home i once again

Isn't the Hip Mobility practice just tops?? Good for you for making time for your back and doing yoga! This whole Body Wisdom yoga collection is just invaluable! And ditto about real women versus airbrushed ones!

Wow, impressive that you went for 65 minutes there Missy!!!  I HATE the feelling of not being " worked " though.  Sorry you didn't get it .   Bet it means you will have a rocking workout tomorrow :)Darcy

Who teaches this, and is it available on dvd? Love how you often manage to do

pm yoga after a hard morning's workout!

Any new pics of you I can post to the home page? This goes for ANY of you out

there!!

I have that one, I haven't done it yet but I have it. Will make a note that he only "peoples" twice and maybe I'll do it sometime sooner rather than later! :-)

Monday yoga

Hi,

This evening I went with another Baron Baptiste routine, Journey Into Power Yoga. I really like this one. It's probably my favorite of all his workouts I have and he only says "people" twice lol.

Glad you enjoyed it !  I am thinking (as putting on some tight pants tonight), that I must pick up a second workout in the afternoon again.  Starting tomorrow...sigh...  Just don't know if will be kettlebells, and surely not Mr. 45 every day.  That was just too hard!

Interesting combo, Rob and !  Rob is gorgeous but he really bugs me  - I think it's because he uses this condescending tone of voice and thinks that we are all blithering idiots or something.  Nice to know Mr. Perfect was trembling for parts of it!

i was just looking at this one on amazon--it has a 5 star rating there. maybe it

is better done in the shorter segments rather than combining them? maybe you can

use it as an add on during the week?

Glad you got one in and enjoyed it too !!  It's been a long time since I picked up a second workout.  However, still been going strong 7 days a week..  I don't want to overtrain w/ the STS rotation due to the intensity of it!

I like this DVD but not as well as some of his others.

This evening I did the 39 minute routine from Spirit Of Vinyasa. It was the only one I haven't done yet. I liked it pretty well.

I just got through skimming through Slide and Glide and it doesn't look like one I should do after Athletic Training even though I know I won't be sore in the morning. I thought about the cardio and abs premix from that one though. Any thoughts from those of you have been doing these new workouts?
