hi darcy! thankyou for telling us what you thought of cathe's

yoga. im more into slow moving yoga and longer held poses these

days (it takes me longer to get my creaky old bod into the

poses... fast vinyasa are a bit too challenging for me right

now). so this sounds good to me! her yoga relax workout

sounds appealing too.

i was going to do this one today, but ran out of time (my life

story). hopefully tomorrow morning!

when i had babies, i resorted to using a 'noise machine' in the

babies' bedroom. it blocked out all extraneous noise and they

would sleep alot better. anything that makes white noise could

help... a fan, a humidifier, etc. you dont need to have a

special machine. i aways have white noise now and even my dh

says that he misses it if i dont turn it on when i go to bed. i

find the noise to be soothing/comforting.

are the tablets from hylands? ive tried some of their

homeopathic remedies in the past. seem to help at times, im

thinking of getting some arnica tabs from them for pain and

soreness. i figure they cant hurt.

:*carolyn.

carolyn! I'm the same way w/ yoga - I need the more restorative practices more than anything. Also, I need a slower pace and longer holds so I can be careful about getting into and out of the poses. so funny how our tastes and preferences change w/ time! (and age, but i won't mention that! ;)
