Walking and Clooney

I went back to walking yesterday and today. The weather was gorgeous. Shoot, I left my pedometer in the other room, but I did something like 6 miles yesterday. I hadn't intended to walk that far, but I suddenly had an appointment to get to in the afternoon, and I had to hoof it. I ran a few blocks. (This was before I met with Dr. Gorgeous.)

I walked 4 miles today just commuting. Easy, slower walking, landing lightly. No running. After my doctor described my brain situation, I didn't feel like it was a good idea to run for a while, LOL. Duh.

I'm taking a mental health day today. My productivity tanked at work today. Too distracted.

****OT: Clooney had a spinal fluid leak too:***Hey, this is what my doctor was talking about. Looks like Clooney's injury was much more severe than mine. He was actually leaking spinal fluid from his nose. Can you imagine?

On my worst days, it felt the way he describes it: a bad ice cream headache. For me, now it has settled into a more low grade, constant headache, a stiff neck, and lots of noise in my head. That's not so bad, LOL.
