When I made a post above called " Sunday workout " I didn't notice that you

already started a thread by that name, so mine kind of fell in under yours. I

didn't mean to hijack your thread. Sorry about that. Maybe I shouldn't do any

more Sunday workouts. LOL!

Today was a good workout. I did half each of Cathe's Muscle Max and Olijade's Aero Sculpt. I really like the different exercises he throws in that one. It is my favorite cardio right now.

Does anyone else get REALLY addicted to ONE dvd? So much so that you hate to pull yourself away from doing it and moving on to others? I have found myself doing this a lot. Forever I was addicted to Kenpo X + from P90X+, also Pump Jump and Jab. Right now it is M O's and I could workout with K.B's everyday too. Just curious:-)

Oh and I ALMOST did a one armed pull up today. I got so close! I can feel that it isn't far away. My daughter just up and did one, one day and blew my mind. I have been trying ever since. I can see it on the horizon now! :-) I will let you know when I hit it!

Bummer about your back .  Was there a reason why you stopped drinking the cherry tart?  I should look into that myself and for DH.  Where do you get it from??  Anyway, excellent job with the workout (as always), I hope your back starts feeling better soon!

it's super windy here today and the temperature has dropped big time.  Had to send to school with a sweater.  Just the beginning I guess.....

Donna (hugs) so sorry to hear about your coworker passing. Its still a bit weird

around our office with the passing of our recent two. Life is just so short and

unpredictable.

Treadmill and bike in the same day? Wow, great way to really work your lower

body from different angles!

 The thing I really dislike about the cool down is that she does all high impact and calls it the cool down, wth?   I did all the high impact the last time not knowing she was going to just STOP and start the stretch.  So this time I did all low impact AND THEN stretched. 

 

The workout is super fun combining the plyo's with the stepping.   I'm looking forward to doing the newest ones I haven't got a chance to try yet (boot camp, body training and weights). 

 

Oh, and I burned 449 calories.  YAY!!!

Awesome!  So glad you enjoyed it !!  :)  I don't know how heavy my gloves are, I should weight them.. I love them though.  I can't find them online anywhere anymore though.Darcy

pushups - toes (these were not in this premix.  I added it on the end. ( 2 sets)

 

Off to start the day.
