I haven't felt like I've got a lot of ab work this week with the new Cathe workouts so I decided to an ab routine I haven't done yet. Darcy inspired me to do Rapid Fire Results abs. I did the standing and the floor. This routine is only 8 minutes, but wow, it's tough!!! The standing she uses 5 lb DB and a 6 lb med ball and for the floor she uses the med ball. I used what she used.

I can't say I'm in love with this routine because on the floor work she seems to go really fast and I felt like I couldn't keep up with her pace. Maybe I need to lower my weight next time.

Before the abs I did some Janet Stone Yoga. Love that DVD!!

I'm going to do Cathe Tri- Set upper body again tomorrow, but I'm leaving out the ab segments. I had down to do the lower body of that DVD, but my legs feel totally worked and still a bit achy.
